Precision in Every Photon
For over three decades, KVANT has been advancing laser technology through in-house R&D, precision engineering, and continuous technical development. What began as a focused engineering initiative has evolved into a globally recognized manufacturer of laser modules for scientific, analytical, and industrial applications.
Today, the portfolio includes more than 120 laser modules spanning wavelengths from ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR), with output powers ranging from milliwatts to hundreds of watts, extending to kilowatt-class systems for high-power applications. Each system is engineered for spectral accuracy, output stability, and long-term operational reliability.

Behind every KVANT laser module stands a multidisciplinary team of engineers, physicists, and technical specialists focused on precision, reliability, and continuous innovation. Their expertise in optics, electronics, and system integration defines the engineering standard of KVANT.

Career
Our engineering culture is built on precision, experimentation, and ownership. From photonics design to system integration and field applications, every team member contributes directly to advancing laser technology across scientific and industrial domains.
If you are driven by technical excellence and problem-solving, we invite you to send us your resume and portfolio. We review every application carefully and will contact selected candidates whose experience and mindset align with our team and ongoing projects.
Design and optimise optical assemblies for our laser modules, from beam shaping and fiber coupling to thermal and mechanical integration. You will work across the full development cycle, turning application requirements into validated, production-ready optical systems.
Commission, service and support KVANT laser systems on site for scientific and industrial clients worldwide. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, customer training and close feedback into our engineering team to keep installations running reliably.
Own the development of new laser module lines from concept and prototyping to validated serial production. You will coordinate optical, electronic and mechanical design while driving performance, manufacturability and long-term reliability.
Build and run the test and measurement procedures that qualify our laser modules — power, beam quality, stability and lifetime. You will develop test setups, analyse data and ensure every unit meets its specification before it ships.
